Configure audit signing
Use AuditSigning to require users to provide electronic signatures.
- From the toolbar, selectTemplate Libraries
- In theLibrarieswindow, search forSigning Workflows.
- UnderComponents, dragSigning WorkflowsontoUIin theProject viewpane.In theProject viewpane, theAuditSigning1folder appears.
- 4. Expand theAuditSigning1folder and selectAuditDialogBox.
- 5. In thePropertiespane, create a dynamic link between theUsersproperty and .For more information about dynamic links, see Create dynamic links.
- In theProject viewpane, selectSigningController.
- In thePropertiespane:
- Add users and groups allowed to sign and double sign.
- Select the default workflow type.
- In theProject viewpane, select the variable.TIP: For example, if you want to trigger an electronic signature workflow when a user changes the value of a linear gauge, configure the variable object associated with the gauge value.For more information, see Audit signing reference.
- In thePropertiespane, at the top, select and selectAuditSigning Signature.
- (optional) Configure the default audit signing settings by selecting a workflow type and adding users and groups who can complete the workflow.TIP: The default audit signing settings are inherited from theSigningControllerobject.
