In 2007, our employee data showed that women and people of color at the company experienced lower retention rates than white men. As a result of these findings, our senior leaders renewed their commitment to diversity, inclusion and engagement and created a Culture of Inclusion strategy. The primary focus of this strategy was to help the dominant group – in this case white men – engage and partner with women and underrepresented groups in a meaningful way. In this video, panelists review the history of our Culture of Inclusion journey and discuss what they’re planning for the future
