Data export issues

Symptom
Solution
The export function in the
FactoryTalk Historian ME
 web interface does not work.
  • Open the Registry Editor, navigate to the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > .csv folder, and verify that the PerceivedType key is present and has a value of text or document.
