Client computer issues

Symptom
Solution
The client computer's performance has become degraded and slow.
Open the Windows Task Manager. If Internet Explorer is using the most memory, the problem may be an Internet Explorer-related memory leak. To free up the memory, you can:
  • Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
  • Turn off auto refresh.
  • Minimize the number of points that you create in the
    Add Points Wizard
