Delete a routine

Delete a routine to remove it from the program.
IMPORTANT: If the routine is the Main routine or Fault routine of the program, before deleting the routine, edit the program properties to disassociate the routine from its function in the program.
  1. On the explorer bar, select System Icon
    System
    .
  2. In
    System
    , expand the
    FactoryTalk Smart Object
     and program.
  3. Right-click the routine to delete and select
    Delete
    . The message
    Are you sure you want to delete this routine
     appears.
  4. Select
    Delete
    . The routine is removed.
