Replace units

Use the
Replace unit
 option to exchange an empty door with a Units-only dataset.
Prerequisites
  • Purchase and download the dataset folder.
  • Unzip the dataset folder to your local drive.
  • A
    FactoryTalk Design Studio
     project with lineups.
  1. In the
    Elevation
     view, right-click on an empty door and select
    Replace unit
    .
  2. In the
    Replace Unit
     dialog box, select
    Browse
     under
    Database
    .
  3. Select
    Import
    .
    The empty Door is replaced with the imported unit-only dataset.
