An email is sent to the all administrators of the source
tenant, letting them know that a project has been copied out of their organization.
Another email goes to the user who initiated the project transfer, letting them know
that the copy to another organization was successful. If a copy fails, an email

only
goes to the user who initiated the copy to let them know the copy was
            unsuccessful.Provide Feedback
