Rockwell Automation Optimizes Production for Manufacturers with FactoryTalk Analytics LogixAI

FactoryTalk® Analytics™ LogixAI® software empowers operational technology (OT) professionals to improve product quality and increase throughput with out-of-the-box, no-code machine learning at the edge for Soft Sensor® applications. With the release of V3.00 in January, users now benefit from flexibility in deployment via containerized applications.

Customers can select between the compute module, an edge PC or a virtual machine (VM) for installation and can leverage FactoryTalk Edge™ Manager for scaled deployment and highly secure infrastructure management.

The new software version changes the game for manufacturers because it doesn’t require deep expertise in data science. It continuously monitors the production operation and makes a prediction about the process, enabling operators and technicians to easily apply machine learning concepts to get ahead of product quality issues and help protect process integrity—all without having to develop, validate or sustain home-grown machine learning algorithms.
