Digital Output Channel
Two outputs are available on the module. You can wire the outputs to use as discrete
output devices.
There are different output modes that you can configure for each output:
- Use windows comparator to control the outputs. For more information on how to use a module window to turn an output On or Off, see Controlled by Window.
- Generate pulse width modulation (PWM). For more information on how to configure a PWM signal, see Pulse Width Modulation.
- Use a local input to trigger a precise timed pulse output. For more information on how to control the pulse output, see Triggered Pulse Output.
