Shape page (TrendPro)

How do I open the Shape page (Properties dialog box)?
  1. On the
    Properties
    dialog box, click the
    General
     tab.
  2. Click
    Shape
    in the left pane.
Shape properties allow you to set the background, outline, and marker color that displays in the current
 trend.
This tab only displays if a shape has been added to the plot surface.
 The following properties are applied immediately to the current trend.
The following options are available:
Property
Description
Background
The fill color for the shape. Select from the following options:
  • Click the color swatch beside the
    Color
     box and select a color to display as a background for the shape.
  • Click the
    Transparent
     check box to make the background for the shape transparent.
Outline
The color, style, and width of the shape's outline. Select from the following options:
  • Click the color swatch beside the
    Color
     box and select a color to display as a background for the shape.
  • Click the down arrow beside the
    Style
     box and select the type of line (dashed, dot, ...) to use.
  • Click the line width to use for the outline in the
    Width
     box.
Marker
The color of new points when in Edit mode, while editing a shape. Press the CTRL key while clicking a point to change to the new marker color.
Points
The data points that fall outside of the shape.
