checkbox, select whether to allow using two fingers to zoom in or out of a canvas on a touch screen.
Automatic scaling
Determines the method used to automatically scale data based on the following:
  • From each individual trace.
Uses the lowest and highest value for each trace in the chart. Values are separated into their own axis. For example, if you have a tag with values from 0-100, and another tag with values from 500-900, when you select the first tag, the Y-axis displays 0-100. When you select the second tag, the Y-axis displays a value of 500-900.
  • From all traces in the chart.
Uses the lowest and highest values from all traces in the chart for the Y-axis. For example, if you have a tag with values from 0-100, and another tag with values from 500-900, the Y-axis would have a value of 0-900 to include values from both traces.
This is useful, for example, for comparing two production lines side by side that have the same target. If you scaled them individually, both would look fine, but if you compared them side by side using the same scale, you might notice that the downtime on the second line was 20% higher than the first line.
    Note:
Traces that have logarithmic mode enabled or have automatic scaling will be in a separate group and not combined with other traces in the chart.
