How do I open the Graphics Import Export Wizard
  1. In the
    Explorer
    window, double-click the
    Graphics
    folder to open it, if it is not open.
  2. Right-click
    Displays
    and then click
    Import and Export
    .
Use the Graphics Import Export Wizard to modify graphic displays from an XML (Extensible Markup Language) text file, or to export complete graphic displays to an XML file.
Use the import operation to:
  • Modify the display settings of one or more graphic displays.
  • Create new graphic objects on an existing display.
  • Import multiple XML files in a single step.
  • Update existing graphic objects on a display.
  • Modify the following aspects of graphic objects:
    • Properties
    • Connections
    • Animations
    • Groupings
    • Wallpaper attribute
    • Key assignments
    • VBA codes
Use the export operation to:
  • Export multiple XML files in a single step.
  • Create an XML batch file that lets you perform batch imports.
