dialog box to configure settings that apply to all applications.The following table shows options on the
Settings

Auto-open Property Dialog | Select the check box to automatically open the graphic object Properties dialog box when you release the mouse button after drawing the object.If you clear the check box, you can double-click the object, or right-click the object and then select Properties from the context menu to open the Properties dialog box. |
Use the legacy default color | Select this check box to use the legacy default color for graphic objects. |
Exclude referenced tags from scanning when object is invisible | Select this check box to take invisible objects' associated tags off scan, except for the visibility expression. By default, this check box is selected in new applications created in version 14.00 or later. For those objects to remain invisible on the display and their tags on scan, we recommend that you set the objects' position to a negative value so that they are outside of the display frame or configure their appearance so that they appear transparent. After you upgrade version 13.00 or earlier to the latest version, your existing project's tags of invisible objects remain on scan. |
Save edits to both active and standby HMI servers | Select the check box to automatically save edits to the active and standby HMI servers. The option is selected by default. Note :
This does not include HMI tag database edits. If you edit the HMI tag databases, manually replicate the HMI project to the standby server. |
Auto synchronize HMI memory tag values to both active and standby HMI servers | Select this check box to automatically synchronize the HMI memory tag values to the active and standby HMI servers.
