Display navigation menu at runtime

To display the navigation menu at runtime, use the
DisplayNavigationMenu
command and specify its position in the FactoryTalk View SE Client window. For the navigation menu to show as the display client starts, you can put the command in the startup macro. If you want to close and relaunch the navigation menu on the display client, you can close it by running the
Abort * /D
command.

Use these buttons to view the history of navigated displays and go back or forward to displays.

Alarms and device diagnostic event notifications can show by configuring a folder or menu item's settings at design time.
When the subscribed alarms are active, the icon of the highest priority and the total number of active alarms show on the top right corner. When the subscribed device is in fault, the icon and the total number of diagnostic events show on the bottom right corner.

Runtime search, which is enabled by configuring the navigation menu appearance at design time.
You can use it to locate referenced tags across all displays configured in the current navigation menu and double-click an item to navigate to the associated tag's faceplate or graphic display.
