Server status of an application
After selecting an application on the main page, the
FactoryTalk
System
Status Portal shows the status of the servers in the application, including HMI, FactoryTalk Alarms and Events
, FactoryTalk Linx
, OPC UA, OPC DA, FactoryTalk
Historian SE and ME, FactoryTalk AssetCentre, and standby servers if redundancy is
configured.The following table lists the server statuses and their meanings.
Server status | Description |
|---|---|
Active | The server is active and running. |
Standby | The redundant server is in the standby mode in an active-standby pair. |
Not loaded | The server is not currently in use and has not notified the system that it is running. |
Failed | The server has failed. When redundancy is configured, the partner server provides service. |
Transitioning | The server is changing from one state to another. |
Unknown | The server is in an unknown state. |
