Example: Time parameter
The following all represent the same date and time, and are valid time parameters:
"fri aug 11 2006 17:00"
"fri aug 11 2006 17: :00"
":00 aug 11 fri 2006 17:"
TIP:
The validity of the date is not checked, so if August 11 2008 is not a Friday, this error will not be detected.
