The following table shows the options in the
Piloted Control List Selector
Properties.Options | Description |
---|---|
Select state | Click the state for which to set up properties. |
Value | Type the integer value to use for each state. Values for states whose Access is other than None must be unique. Values for states whose Access is None need not be unique. |

Caption
in the Piloted Control List Selector
Properties.Options | Description |
---|---|
Caption | Type the text for the state. The text appears on the face of the object, to give the operator information about what the object does or about the current state. You can also specify a variable that is to be included in the caption. |
Insert Variable | From the list, select the type of variable to be inserted in the caption. In the dialog box, specify the details of the variable. |
Caption color | This box displays the current text color for the caption. Click it to select another color. |
Caption back color | This box displays the current background color for the caption. Click it to select another color. If the caption background style is transparent, the application doesn’t use this caption background color. |
Caption blink | Select this check box if the caption is to blink at runtime. The caption blinks twice per second. |
Caption back style | Click the down arrow and then click Solid or Transparent to specify the object’s background style. If you select Transparent, the object’s background is not filled in and any objects behind it show through. |
Alignment | Click a button to specify how the caption is to be positioned on the object. |

Properties.Options | Description |
---|---|
Operator and Remote | Both an operator and a controller can select the state. This is the default value. |
Operator | Only an operator can select the state |
Remote | The state can only be selected remotely. |
None | The state cannot be selected. |
