Grid

The grid is a matrix of dots that help you align and size objects. The grid can be visible or not (Show Grid) and active or inactive (Snap On). When the grid is active any objects you draw or place, except freehand or input objects, will line up with the grid points. When the grid is off, you can place objects anywhere in the window. You can turn the grid on and off at any time.

Numeric and String input objects always align to their own character grid.
