CaptionOnBorder

Specifies whether or not the caption can overlap the object's border.

This attribute was created to deal with objects in converted PanelBuilder 1400e applications, whose text labels overlapped the object's border. This can happen because text labels are manually positioned on PanelBuilder 1400e objects. If a text label overlaps its object's border, the CaptionOnBorder property will be set to True. If the text label does not overlap its object's border, the CaptionOnBorder property will be set to False.

For new objects, the default setting for this property is False.
