Develop a gauge with a localized engineering unit

Create a linear gauge that displays the current temperature in a format adjusted to the logged in user.
Application example - Celsius degrees (it-IT)
Login interface with username dropdown, password field, login button, confirmation
          message, and temperature slider displaying values from -23.33 to 15.56 degrees
          Celsius.
Application example - Fahrenheit degrees (en-US)

          to 60 with the current value at 50 °F.
