Docker®
image with FactoryTalk Optix Runtime
based on Ubuntu®
22.04 x86 64-bit.Prerequisites

Users should refer to the respective third-party providers for assistance and licensing terms.
- Prepare container build tools and a host environment that support Linux x86 64-bit images. The host must also support the base image that you define in theDockerfile.
- If your application has a graphical interface, replace the native presentation engine with a web presentation engine. Containers do not support the native presentation engine. Use the web presentation engine to access the application interface in a web browser. See Presentation engines.

- Prepare a project to run in aDockercontainer. See Projects.
- Export the project forUbuntu 22.04 x86 64-bitplatform. See Export a FactoryTalk Optix Application.

Docker
. In the terminal, enter
docker images
to verify that image_name
displays
