Transfer Organization Ownership

As an owner of an organization or sub-organization, you can transfer the ownership to another user.
  1. From the FactoryTalk Hub menu, select
    Organizations
     or
    Sub-organizations
    .
  2. From the list of organizations or sub-organizations, select the organization or sub-organization which ownership you want to transfer.
  3. From the FactoryTalk Hub menu, select
    Settings
    .
  4. In the Owner section, select
    Transfer ownership
    .
  5. When prompted, verify the applications ownership you want to transfer and provide the name of a new owner.
    TIP: A new owner can be any user in the whole organizational hierarchy.
  6. Select
    Transfer
    .
    You are no longer the owner of the organization or sub-organization. You are still an administrator and keep the access at the administrator level.
