Notification List
Notifications are triggered when configured conditions are met. Initially, notifications are added to the active notification. As a user, you can acknowledge the notification. When the status reaches normal acknowledged, it is moved automatically to the historical notification. The options available in the notification list are similar for all levels of the hierarchy list. The notification list is not applicable for Enterprise, Region, and Meters.
There are two types of notifications:
- Active Notifications
- Historical Notifications
There are four different statuses for the notifications:

Active Notifications
Perform the following steps to view and acknowledge active notifications:
- On the left navigation menu, clickNotifications.
- Click a component (Site/Area/Work center/Work Units) from the hierarchy list.The list of active notifications is displayed in the table.Active NotificationsNotification Symbol Descriptions
- The total notification count for the entire Energy Model is displayed in the Navigation Menu.Total Notifications
- Notification count will be displayed in the Energy Model at site level (in both Dashboard and Notifications section) and the user can hover to view the details of Acknowledged vs Unacknowledged notifications.Notification CountActive Notifications
- Select the required active notifications check box and clickAcknowledge.Acknowledge NotificationsThe Acknowledge is disabled or grayed out after acknowledging any notification.The “Notification acknowledged successfully” message is displayed.
NOTE:
The user can filter the active alerts with factors such as event type, resource type, measurement, threshold, status, time scope, and acknowledged by. The user can also sort by ascending or descending orders on a date, event type, resource type, measurement, threshold, and status.
Active notifications can be moved to the Historical Notifications tab only when they are in a Normal and Acknowledged condition.
Historical Notifications
Perform the following steps to view the historical notifications list:
- On the left navigation menu, clickNotifications.
- Click Site, Area, Work center, or Work units from the hierarchy list.
