View expression values

In the
Binding Requirement Expression Values
dialog box, a list of units is displayed that shows the potential legal binding candidates for a unit requirement. Each unit requirement displays:
  • The unit name
  • The current value (
    True
    or
    False
), which shows whether unit binding candidates meet the selected binding requirement
  • The order of the units, based on the evaluation of the binding preference expressions
    TIP:
If all preferences evaluate equally, the unit list is displayed with the lowest to highest equipment IDs, which are defined in the Area Model.
  • The current value, which dynamically updates as the inputs to the expression change, and which may reorder the units when the dialog box is closed and reopened
  • An expression value indicating whether the binding candidates meet the selected binding requirement
    TIP:
    If
    {???}
is displayed in the dialog box, an expression cannot be evaluated by the
    FactoryTalk Batch
    Server.
