Parameter
Description
Status Input Scale Factor
Displays the factor by which status inputs 1 thru 4 are to be incremented for each off-to-on transition of the respective input. Enter a desired value to change a scale factor. Select
Apply
to set in the power monitor.
Valid values range from 1 (default) through 1,000,000.
If offline, the change will take effect when next online.
Logic State Input
Displays the configuration of the logic state inputs for the KYZ solid-state output and the relay outputs R1, R2 and R3. The following values define the logic state input configuration for each output.
IMPORTANT: When a Data connection is active, the host Logix controller owns the outputs and the user program determines their state. The KYZLogicState, R1LogicState, R2LogicState and R3LogicState tags in the <PowerMonitorName>.:I:0 tag display output logic state based on the configuration. The power monitor controls its outputs when there is no active Data connection, or when an active Data connection faults and the fault response mode (see below) is set to "Local Control".
Mode
Determines the function that operates the respective output.
The available values are:
  • 0 = Setpoint Control (default)
  • 1 = Watt-hours consumed (Wh Fwd)
  • 2 = Watt-hours generated (Wh Rev)
  • 3 = VAR-hours consumed (VARh Fwd)
  • 4 = VAR-hours generated (VARh Rev)
  • 5 = Volt-Ampere hours
  • 6 = Ampere hours
Pulse Scale Factor
Determines the quantity of energy units that cause each transition of the respective output when the selected
Mode
is an energy unit (not equal to 0 = Setpoint Control).
Valid values range from 1 through 100,000. The default is 1000. This parameter is disabled when
Mode
is set to
Setpoint Control
.
Pulse Duration (ms)
Determines for the respective output if it toggles between off and on, or how long in milliseconds it remains on following each transition when the selected
Mode
is an energy unit (not equal to 0 = Setpoint Control).
Valid values are 0 ms (toggled operation) or from 50 through 1000 ms (pulsed operation). The default is 250 ms.
