Calibration Wizard - Results

The Results view displays the value and status of the enabled channels after calibrating a low or high reference signal.
If the reference signal is within the acceptable range, the status shows
OK
for that channel. Select
Next
to continue the calibration process.
If the reference signal is not within the acceptable range, the status shows
Error
for that channel. Perform one of these operations:
  • Correct the signal and select
    Retry
. After entering a correct value,
    OK
    shows in the
    Status
    column.
  • Select
    Cancel
    and exit the
    Calibration Wizard
, leaving the calibration status for that channel with an Error.
The
Results
view includes these parameters:
Parameter
Description
Channel
Allows configuration of the parameters for the channel. The unavailable channels appear dimmed in the wizard.
Calibrate
Indicates the selected channels to calibrate.
Calibration Range
Indicates the value currently configured for the channel.
Low Reference
Indicates the low reference signal that is expected at the input.
Only available when calibrating for a low reference.
High Reference
Indicates the high reference signal that is expected at the input.
Only available when calibrating for a high reference.
Recorded Reference
Indicates value in volts or mA.
Status
Indicates the status of each channel after calibrating for a low or high reference.
  • OK
    - Indicates that the reference signal is within the acceptable range.
  • Error
    - Indicates that the reference signal is not within the acceptable range.
If
Status
shows
Error
, perform the corresponding actions as needed:
  • For output devices, measure and enter the recorded reference values again for the channels in error, and then select
    Retry
    .
  • For input devices, investigate the channels with errors, and then select
