Redundancy view parameters

The
Redundancy
view shows the redundancy status and allows you to qualify or disqualify the secondary adapter, and switch to the secondary adapter.

Primary Adapter Physical Slot
Displays the primary adapter's physical slot.

Redundancy Status
Displays the primary or the secondary adapter's redundancy status.
  • Blank
  • Unsupported
    Possible condition: Adapter is not set to redundancy mode or adapter does not support redundant functionality.
  • Powerup/Undetermined
  • Qualified Secondary
  • Disqualified Secondary
    Possible conditions: Secondary is disqualified, incorrect IP address secondary, or no network connection.
  • No Secondary
    Possible conditions: No redundant adapter in Secondary Slot, Secondary adapter switch not set to Redundant Adapter, or during switch over.
Qualify Secondary
Qualifies the secondary adapter.
Qualification in Progress
Displays the qualification status.

Switches to the secondary adapter.
Tip
: Switch to Secondary is disabled while offline or Secondary Compatibility does not match Primary.
