Expanded device type
Displays the four-digit hexadecimal device type.

 checkbox is cleared in the
Device definition
 checkbox.
Revision
Displays the HART device revision and HART software version.
Shows
None
 when the
Use expanded device type
 checkbox is cleared in the
Device definition
 checkbox.
Electronic keying
Displays the electronic keying used for the device. Electronic keying compares the device defined in the project to the installed device. If keying fails, a fault occurs.
Valid values include:
  • Exact Match
  • Compatible Module
  • Disable Keying

Displays the connection type and the communication format.
