Use the

Connection

view to define controller-to-device behavior.

Select a requested packet interval.

Choose a unicast or multicast connection over EtherNet/IP

Choose a scheduled or unscheduled connection over ControlNet.

Choose to inhibit the device.

Configure the controller so that a loss of connection to this device causes a major fault in the controller.

View connection faults.

TIP:

The data in the

Connection

view comes directly from the controller and displays information about the condition of the connection between the controller and the device.
