Actions impacting components when a permission set is applied

When you apply a permission set to a tag, routine, or Add-On Instruction definition, several actions are involved in controlling a user's ability to view, change, or delete that project component. The following table lists the actions that apply to different types of components.

Component: Modify Permission Set				Controls ability to modify a permission set associated with a component.
Routine: Delete				Controls ability to delete a routine.
Routine: Export				Controls ability to export a routine.
Routine: Export Unencoded				Controls ability to export a routine in clear text.
Routine: Modify Logic				Controls ability to modify the logic in a routine.
Routine: Modify Properties				Controls ability to modify the properties of a routine.
Routine: View Logic				Controls ability to view the logic in a routine. When permission to view logic is denied, permission to modify is also denied.
Safety: Modify Component (applies only to the safety version of the component)				Controls ability to modify a Safety component. Additional permissions might be required depending on the component.
Tag: Delete				Controls ability to delete a tag.
Tag: Modify Constant Property				Controls ability to designate a tag as constant.
Tag: Modify Constant Tag Values				Controls ability to modify the value of a constant tag. Also requires Tag: Modify Values .
Tag: Modify Properties				Controls ability to modify the properties of a tag, other than Constant designation.
Tag: Modify Values				Controls ability to modify the values of a tag.
