Enable application log
When an application error occurred during operations, view the application log to check the causes of the error.
Prerequisites
- InSettings > General, selectEnable application log for troubleshootingand restartControlFLASH Plus.
To enable application log
- In theControlFLASH Pluswindow, select
.
- In theSettingsdialog box, select theGeneraltab.
- On theGeneraltab, select theEnable application log for troubleshootingcheckbox.The default path for application logs shows and you are prompted with a dialog box indicating that when launchingControlFLASH Plusnext time, application logging will begin.
- SelectClose.TIP:The application logs will be created on application start and stopped at application stop. Select the path link to open the default folder for application logs.
- SelectOK.
