Calibration page - Calibration wizard (5094-IRT8S, 5094-IRT8SXT, 5094-IF4IHS, 5094-IF4IHSXT, 5094-OF4IHS, 5094-OF4IHSXT)

How do I open the Calibration wizard?
  1. In the
    Controller Organizer
    , expand the
    I/O Configuration
     folder, and double-click the module.
  2. In the
    Module Properties
     dialog box, select
    Calibration
    .
  3. In the
    Calibration
     page, select
    Start Calibration
    .
Use this wizard to calibrate the analog modules. To perform the calibration process, the module must be online with the controller and you must select at least one channel.
These options are available in the Calibration Wizard:
  • Calibrate Channels in Groups
    : Use this option to apply a reference signal to all of the selected channels at the same time. All the selected channels must have the same input range configuration.
    • Enter calibration mode
    • Attach low reference signals to all selected channels
  • Calibrate Channels One at a Time
    : Use this option to apply a reference signal to the selected channels one-at-a-time, and proceed to the next channel.
    • Enter calibration mode
    • For the first selected channel, attach a low reference signal
