Overview view
The 5094-SERIAL device provides communication connections to serial devices.
The device has two channels that are independent of each other. In the
Device definition
dialog box, use the Overview
view to configure device definition parameters and to specify the protocol for each channel.
TIP:
If the channel is not used, set
Channel
to Disabled
. If Channel
is set to Modbus Master
or Modbus Slave
, use the Channel
views in the X
Device definition
