Channels view parameters

If Channel Assignment Mode is configured as
User-Selectable
, the following parameters are displayed.
Parameter
Description
Disabled channels
Displays the channel whose mode is set to
Disabled
.
This parameter is not available if there are no disabled channels.
Power Supply channels
Displays the channel whose mode is set to
Power Supply
.
This parameter is not available if there are no Power Supply channels.
Port
Displays the device port number from 0…7.
Channel
Displays the device channel number from 00…15.
Mode
Displays the operation mode for the channel.
Output State During
Program Mode
Determines output channel action when the controller transitions to Program mode.
Valid values are:
  • Off
    (C.Ptxx.ProgMode = 0, C.Ptxx.ProgValue = 0) (default)
  • On
    (C.Ptxx.ProgMode = 0, C.Ptxx.ProgValue = 1)
  • Hold
    (C.Ptxx.ProgMode = 1, C.Ptxx.ProgValue =
    x
    )
Output State During
Communication Fault Mode
Determines output channel action when a connection fault occurs.
Valid values are:
  • Off
    (C.Ptxx.FaultMode = 0, C.Ptxx.FaultValue = 0) (default)
  • On
    (C.Ptxx.FaultMode = 0, C.Ptxx.FaultValue = 1)
  • Hold
    (C.Ptxx.FaultMode = 1, C.Ptxx.FaultValue =
    x
    )
Input Filter Time
Off → On
Specifies a value by which to delay the transition from Off to On. This delay is useful for filtering out transients in noisy environments.
The associated memebers are:
  • C.Ptxx.InputOffOnFilter
  • C.Counterxx..InputOffOnFilter
Valid values are:
  • 0 µs
    (default)
  • 500 µs
  • 1 ms
  • 2 ms
  • 5 ms
  • 10 ms
  • 20 ms
  • 50 ms

  • 500 µs
  • 1 ms
  • 2 ms
  • 5 ms
  • 10 ms
  • 20 ms
  • 50 ms
Counter
Preset
Displays the value of the Output tag O.Counter
xx
.Preset member to use for counter preset. Valid values are from 0…2,147,483,647 μs.
Counter
Rollover at Preset
Causes the counter to rollover to 0 at the Preset value by selecting the checkbox.
The associated member is C.Counterxx.RolloverAtPreset, whose valid values are:
  • 0 = Do not rollover (default)
  • 1 = Rollover
This parameter is shaded when the mode is set to anything other than
Digital Input, Counter
.
Diagnostics
Opens the diagnostics dialog to view diagnostic information.
This parameter is shaded when the device is offline or the mode is set to one of these values:
  • Disabled
  • Power Supply
