Points view parameters (1732E-IB8M8SOER)

Use this view to configure Off to On/On to Off parameters and timestamping for the input channels on the device.

Description
Off → On Filter Time
Specifies the Off to On filter time in milliseconds to delay transitions from Off to On. This is useful for filtering out transients in noisy environments.
Valid values are:
  • 0 ms
  • 1 ms
     (default)
  • 2 ms
  • 4 ms
  • 8 ms
  • 16 ms
This parameter is not available in Run mode.
On → Off Filter Time
Specifies the On to Off filter time in milliseconds to delay transitions from On to Off. This is useful for filtering out transients in noisy environments.

Timestamping
Parameter
Description
Latch Timestamps
Enables or disables Latch Timestamps for input channels by selecting or clearing the checkbox.
Sync to Master
Enables or disables Sync to Master by selecting or clearing the checkbox.
If
Sync to Master
 is selected, the device LED indicator flashes green to indicate that the device is expected to sync to a master clock. The device remains in Configuration state until synchronized with a master clock.
If
Sync to Master
 is cleared, the device LED indicator will not flash green and will operate normally. Clearing
Sync to Master
 does not prevent the device from synchronizing to a master clock.
This option is available while online.
Point
Indicates the points to which the configuration applies.
Off → On
On → Off
Enables or disables Timestamp Off to On or On to Off for the input channels by selecting or clearing the checkbox.
