Content of Technical demonstrators

Here is a short description of the demonstrators that will be presented during the day.

FT Energy Manager

It is all about bringing insights from energy sources and how they impact the carbon footprint. FT Energy Manager is an Azure cloud-based APP built on DATA OPS Platform FactoryTalk DataMosaix tailored to be fast to implement and give useful insights. Next steps after implementation are to focus on Smart Water Management, Smart Waste Use, Smart Energy Management to reduce the consumption and trace carbon footprint.

Dynamic Digital Twin

It enables innovation and optimization on existing manufacturing site. Will it be useful when considering your existing manufacturing plant if you can test and realize the benefits of adding AMR´s, collaborative robots and optimize workflows? How many does your next production increase require? What kind of agility is built in today? How do you build in more remanufacturing capabilities in the production flow? How do you trace unnecessary movements and energy consumption? Teams can be invited to have a Virtual site review before mechanical changes has been made. These are the topics we will touch during the demonstration of the Drone Factory.

Dynamic Digital Twin as a collaboration platform

Virtual Reality gives new extended tools. When the 3D CAD files are imported into the platform of Digital Twins the collaboration is enabled. Now the need of travel to discuss design optimization is reduced. The ability to start training and reskilling machine operators in early stage is enabled. When controls and testing is done in Virtual Environments, Warehouse levels are tuned. The risk of scrapping materials is dramatically reduced. Take the opportunity to see the demonstration of how System Integrator TechTribe creates sustainability values with the Dynamic DigitalTwin platform - Emulate3D.
