Field Power (SA Power) Loss Detection

The Field Power Loss Detection feature monitors for the loss of field-side power on the SA power bus.

When the condition is detected, the Fault bit is set at the channel level in the input tag and diagnostic assembly.

Field Power Loss is a latched fault on the axis.
