SSI Triggered Function

The SSI sensor data is indicated in the
SSI00.Data
tag. You can use Input00 as a trigger for the Store function for the SSI.
You can configure the input trigger for the SSI functions in Module Properties → Device Definition → SSI → Enable Store via Input00.
IMPORTANT:
SA power is required to use Input00.

Store

The Store function lets an encoder store its current data, direction, and raw data in the corresponding
I.SSI00.
<StoredTag> tag.
StoredTag
StoredData
StoredDirection
StoredRawData
You can trigger the Store function using Input00 or the
O.SSI00.Store
tag. You can capture the current data even when the encoder is moving.

Invert Input Trigger

An input trigger can be configured as active high or active low by inverting the input. You can invert the input in Module Properties → Device Definition → SSI → Invert Input00.
Inverting the input trigger does not affect the usage of output tag triggers. For example, Input00 is used as the trigger for Store and it is inverted. In this case, the encoder enters the Store state upon receiving a falling edge of Input00 or rising edge of
O.SSI00.Store
.
