Sign in to the Rockwell Automation Product Compatibility and Download Center

Use the
Account
 dialog box to sign in to the
Rockwell Automation
 Product Compatibility and Download Center (PCDC).
FactoryTalk
 Updater signs in to the PCDC to download software updates for
Rockwell Automation
 software products.
TIP:
FactoryTalk
 Updater uses port 60128 for signing in to PCDC. Keep this port free.
  1. On the main menu bar, select
    Account
    .
  2. Under
    PCDC LOGIN
    , select
    GO TO LOGIN PAGE
     to open the PCDC webpage.
  3. On the webpage, enter your email and password, and then select
    Sign in
    .
