Update the product lifecycle information

Use the
Settings
 menu to update the lifecycle status information for your device.
Prerequisites
  • Ensure connection to the network.
  • Rockwell Automation
    's website is accessible.
To update the product lifecycle information
  1. From the menu bar, select
    File
    Settings
  2. In
    Settings
    , select
    Product lifecycle
    .
  3. Select
    Update device lifecycle information
    .
    Select
    Automatically update every 90 days
     as needed.
If the update fails, the lifecycle status remains not changed.
