Download the project to the controller

Use the steps to download the Traffic Light project to the L70E controller, change the controller to
Remote run
 mode, and then verify that the controller is running.
To download the project to the controller
  1. Verify that the keyswitch on the L70E controller is in the center position (in
    Remote program
     mode).
  2. (optional) Build the project by doing one of the following:
    • From the menu bar, select
      Device
      Build
      .
    • Right-click the controller, and then select
      Build
      .
  3. Use the
    Output
     pane to verify that building was successful. Fix any errors in the program before you download it.
  4. Download the project by doing one of the following:
    • From the menu bar, select open-online-center button. In
      Online center
      , select the checkbox beside the controller, and then select
      Download
      .
    • In
      Project Organizer
      , right-click the controller, and then select
      Download
      .
  5. Verify whether the Traffic Light project is running in the controller using the following steps:
    • Verify that the run light on the controller is green without red lights.
    • Open the
      Connection
       pane, and then verify that
      Controller mode
       is
      Run
       or
      Remote run
      .
