Palm Pilot monitor software conflicts with RSLinx Classic's working

In your computer’s system tray you notice RSLinx Classic’s icon, however, when you click the icon, an hour glass appears and nothing else happens. This behavior may occur if RSLinx Classic and the Palm Pilot monitor software are running on the same computer. The COM port that RSLinx Classic uses to communicate is being used by the Palm Pilot monitor software, thus interfering with RSLinx Classic's working. To correct the problem, disable Palm Pilot monitor software while using RSLinx Classic.
