DTL_VERSION comments

The DTL_VERSION function returns a copy of the null-terminated ASCII character string that contains the RSLinx Classic version information. Information contained in this string includes the RSI catalog number, release level, manufacture date, class name, and class revision level.

The length of the version string is guaranteed to be less than or equal to the constant DTL_VERSION_SIZE as defined in Dtl.h.
