DTL_UNDEF comments

If

name_id

refers to a solicited data item, DTL_UNDEF cancels all pending solicited I/O operations with the specified data item. Any pending I/O operations will receive an I/O status of DTL_E_UNDEFINED.

If

name_id

refers to an unsolicited data item, DTL_UNDEF notifies the network interface that the specified data item should be undefined.
