DTL_CIP_APPLICATION_REGISTER comments

DTL_CIP_APPLICATION_REGISTER causes both a CIP Identity Object and Software Registration Object to be created in RSLinx Classic. These objects will have identical instance numbers assigned by RSLinx Classic. This will allow a device in a CIP system to query RSLinx Classic about its applications by accessing its Identity Objects, and from that information to determine which Software Registration Object should be the target of a service request or a connection.
