If you cannot find answers to your questions in RSLinx Classic Getting Results Guide, or the help, you can call Rockwell Automation Technical Support at 1 (440) 646-3434. The technical support staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, except holidays.
To reach the Customer Support Center, call 1 (440) 646-3434 and follow the prompts. For calls originating outside the U.S. or Canada, locate the number in your country by visiting Rockwell Automation Support Center.
When you call
When you call, you should be at your computer and be prepared to provide the following information:
  • Product serial number
  • Product version number
    TIP:
    The product serial number and version number can be found in the software by selecting
    Help > About RSLinx Classic.
  • Hardware you are using
  • Exact wording of any errors or messages that appeared on your screen
  • Description of what happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Description of how you attempt to solve the problem
