Delete a driver in RSLinx Classic Gateway

To delete a driver in RSLinx Classic Gateway, no RSLinx Classic clients can be connected. If you need to delete a driver, but cannot shut down all RSLinx Classic clients:
  1. Select
    Communications > Configure Gateway
     from the RSLinx Classic main menu.
  2. From the
    Configure RSLinx Classic Gateway
     dialog box, clear the
    Enable RSLinx Classic Gateway
     checkbox to disable the
    RSLinx Classic Gateway
    .
  3. Click
    OK
     to close the dialog box.
  4. Exit and restart RSLinx Classic.
  5. Select
    Communications > Configure Drivers
    .
  6. From the
    Configured Drivers
     list, select the desired driver and click
    Delete
    .
  7. Click
    Close
     to close the dialog box.
  8. Select
    Communications > Configure Gateway
    .
  9. Select the
    Enable RSLinx Classic Gateway
     check box to enable the
    RSLinx Classic Gateway
    .
