This addressing syntax applies to SLC 5/03 OS301 and SLC 5/04.

	Counter	5, 9-255 decimal
	Control	6, 9-255 decimal
	Timer, counter and control file types use the default file number if the file number is absent. The default numbers are 4 (timer), 5 (counter), and 6 (control).
eee	(element number)	0-255 decimal
	MNE	(member mnemonic)
	Timer mnemonics
	Counter mnemonics
	Control mnemonics
bb	(optional bit number)	0-15 decimal
	Applies to analog members only.
