Item Diagnostics

Double-click an item on the Client Diagnostics dialog box to receive information on individual items for a specific conversation.

In both of the following DDE Formats, you can have items for disabled advises, or advises you have taken "off-scan." If the items are active, RSLinx Classic actively scans the processor for updates. If the items are not active, the client stops them and RSLinx Classic stops scanning the processor for information in them. This is useful if you have many pages of information. You can create a group of items, and only ask the processor for the items actually being displayed. When the display changes, you stop retrieving data for those items and get a group of different items without destroying the items list.
