Diagnostics Viewer displays no messages
Possible cause and solution:
- FactoryTalk Services Platformwas recently installed or re-installedFactoryTalk Services Platformand it is not detecting the message logs.Use the following steps to reinitialize the message log:
- InFactoryTalk Administration Console, selectTools>FactoryTalk Diagnostics>Viewer.
- SelectView>Options.
- InProperties, on theGeneraltab, locate the checkboxInitially show the most recent messages.
- If the select is selected, clear the selection and selectApply.
- SelectInitially show the most recent messages, and then selectOK.
- Refresh the contents of Diagnostics Viewer.
- On theViewmenu, selectRefresh, or selectRefreshon the toolbar.
